The Mirahori Mosque in central Korçë was built in 1494–95 by Iljaz Bej Mirahori, an Ottoman commander and founder of the city, making it one of the oldest mosques in Albania. It features a domed prayer hall and fine cloisonné masonry. Its minaret, toppled by an earthquake around 1960, was rebuilt after 2006.
