About
Orikum is a coastal town at the southern end of the Bay of Vlorë, where the lowland Adriatic coast gives way to the mountainous Ionian Riviera. It is named after the ancient harbour city of Oricum, whose ruins lie about 4 km to the west near a lagoon and marina. Today it combines sandy and pebble beaches with history and a base for exploring Karaburun.
