Opened in 2014 in Shkodër, this is Albania's first memorial museum dedicated to the victims of communism. It occupies a former Interior Ministry interrogation building and preserves the original holding cells.

Housed in a former Franciscan college that the communist regime seized in 1946 and turned into a secret-police interrogation site, it is regarded as Albania's first memorial museum to victims of the dictatorship.
