Terms of Service

By using Discover Albania you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Discover Albania is a free travel guide to Albania. Destination information, maps, weather forecasts and generated trip plans are for general guidance only — check opening times, conditions, prices and safety advice with official sources before you travel.

You need an account to save places and guides. Keep your sign-in details secure, tell us if you think your account has been misused, and remember you are responsible for activity under your account.

Guides you create are private by default. If you make a guide public, anyone can view and copy it, and you allow us to display it in the app for as long as it stays public. You can make it private or delete it at any time. Only publish content you have the right to share.

Do not try to break or overload the service, access other people’s data, scrape it at scale, or publish unlawful, offensive or misleading content. We may remove public content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Maps, weather and photos come from third parties (OpenStreetMap and CARTO, Open-Meteo, Unsplash) and are subject to their own terms and licences.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the service means you accept the changes.

Discover Albania is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the service or from travel decisions based on its content. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

You can stop using the service at any time. Our mailbox for account-deletion requests isn’t available right now; please check back soon.
